2024 Phoenix Area SAA Winter Retreat
Limited to the first 55 individuals who pay. Scholarships are available for individuals who need help but will not be offered until a full scholarship is available through donations. If you need assistance to attend, please note that on your registration, someone will contact you.

Back again this year at the Holy Trinity Retreat Center in St. David, Arizona. The registrations are limited to 55 individuals to provide private rooms for all attendees.

Join us for a special trip through the Twelve Steps, as they did it at the beginning of AA. You will have the opportunity for a spiritual experience working with others as the program was meant to be!
2024 Phoenix SAA Winter 12 Step Retreat, February 16-18, 2024
Registration HERE: Space is limited, so register early! All attendees must pre-register and pre-pay. Scholarship help is available, but individuals will not be confirmed as attendees until a full scholarship (or required amount) is confirmed. Individuals who are not pre-paid for the retreat may be asked to leave the monastery, so please confirm your attendance before coming down.
What: 12 Step Retreat. Sponsored by Jim A., Allan B., and Paul B.
Who: Any male or female SAA member willing to go to any length for a spiritual experience.
Where: Holy Trinity Monastery, St. David, Arizona
When: February 16-18, 2024. The program will begin with dinner on Friday evening at 6 PM, followed by Step 1 at 7 PM. The program will continue through Saturday, and we will complete Step 12 (or as far as we get) by noon on Sunday.
The cost of staying at the St. David Monastery has increased, resulting in an increase in costs for this program. The retreat costs $240 for two nights and includes lodging and dinner on Friday, all meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Scholarships are available, although they will be limited, and individuals needing scholarships will not be notified until funds are actually available. If you require assistance to attend, please indicate that on your registration, and someone will be in touch.
All donations over the actual cost for this year's retreat will be used to fund scholarships for this year and next year or will be donated to the local Intergroup, Area, or ISO.
Donations can be made through Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo. All donations will be kept confidential, and please be sure to enter your email address so we can link your payment with the correct attendee!
What you need: An AA Big Book and SAA Green Book, a notebook, pencils or pens. An open and willing attitude and a willingness to go to any length for a spiritual experience.
Cost for the weekend is $240. Preferred payments methods are Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo. Checks or cash can be arranged. If you cannot attend but wish to support a person who cannot afford the fee, please feel free to make a contribution.
